  1. PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCES: The purpose of Parent-Teacher Conferences is to receive your child(ren)’s report card(s), and to be able to meet briefly with each of their teachers to talk about their progress and/or potential challenges.

    Please note that there will be NO CLASSES for students on Wednesday November 5th. Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held from 12:00 – 6:00 p.m., in 10 minute increments.

    Please stop by the school to sign up for specific conference times with your child(ren)’s teachers. Sign-up sheets will be available on the bulletin board in the school entrance beginning this Wednesday morning (Oct. 29) through next Tuesday (Nov. 4). We strongly encourage you to sign up for a time to see each of your child(ren)’s teachers. Please partner with us by making this opportunity a priority in your schedule.

  • Report Cards will be issued in the ECA office on Wednesday, Oct. 5, prior to your first scheduled conference. Please stop in the office to pick them up.
  • If you feel you need a longer time slot with one of your child’s teachers, please arrange for that outside of the Parent-Teacher Conference schedule.
  1. BAKE SALE: The Class of 2009 will be having a Bake Sale, Wednesday, October 29. We will be selling goodies during break, during lunch and after school. Come, buy and enjoy these homemade treats.
  1. MEN'S PRAYER MEETING: Starting this week, the Thursday morning men's prayer meeting will be moved to Wednesday. Dads are invited to join us for an early cup of coffee and a time of prayer for our families and other needs at 6:30 a.m.
  1. BEN & JERRY’S ICE CREAM: Free ice cream on Halloween, October 31.

HOT LUNCH THIS FRIDAY: Chili bowl with taco chips and various toppings of your choice, drink, and brownie. Price: 3,50. Please turn in your hot lunch form to the office by this Wednesday.
